NOCRAP
is an ASSOCIATION comprised of citizens who are concerned about aquifer protection and groundwater quality for drinking water wells. WE EDUCATE THE PUBLIC and elected officials that STATE environmental protection agencies and the US EPA are improving compliance with the Clean Water Act (CWA) by knowingly and willfully allowing violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Underground Injection Control (UIC) regulations. Improving compliance with the CWA is no excuse for allowing violations of SDWA/UIC regulations. State and EPA rules and regulations under the SDWA prohibit the unpermitted underground injection of wastewater into or above aquifers. WE USE ESTABLISHED LEGAL PROCESS to expose the collective efforts of the Regulatory Community and the Regulated Community in their efforts to defy established state and Federal UIC law. SEE: NOCRAP's ORIGINAL LEGAL OPINION @December 10, 2008 POSTING. ** MEMBERS of the PUBLIC are entitled to assume that public officials will act in accordance with law.** (11th Cir. Court of Appeals,1984) (5th Cir. 1977).
