NOCRAP, the South River Watershed Alliance, and the Little Mountain Water
Association.
Mr. Wright requested an opportunity to brief the Court about the unresolved Underground
Injection Control permit issue and its applicability to Atlanta's five sewer
tunnels.

Thrash granted Mr. Wright's request and also granted a
request from William A. Weinischke (US Department of Justice, on behalf of EPA) to
submit a brief.
